After a fierce bidding war in last year’s mega auction, Rishabh Pant became the most expensive player in IPL history, fetching a record-breaking ₹27 crore. With LSG seeking a fresh start following three average seasons under KL Rahul’s leadership, Pant emerged as the ideal candidate to steer the team toward success.
