Buttler delivered a breathtaking unbeaten 62 off just 24 balls, an innings laced with 4 boundaries and 6 towering sixes. He raced to his half-century in just 14 deliveries, providing the backbone for the Gladiators’ chase. Despite losing two early wickets, Buttler found a reliable partner in Tom Kohler-Cadmore. Jonny Bairstow, another England star participating in the tournament, also contributed with a quickfire 22* off 14 balls, helping Team Abu Dhabi secure a victory against Ajman Bolts. Buttler acknowledged the depth in England’s batting lineup, calling it a “happy headache” for the national side.
